The Patitas brand represents high quality minimally processed Mexican style meats that we provide to a large segment of the Mexican food market in Colorado. As we've grown we began to specialize in the processing of Mexican food items including Beef Fajita Strips, Diced Pork and Diced Pork Chicharones, Diced Tripe for Menudo and our famous Mexican Style Chorizo.
