Our roots in purveying meat dates back to the 1920s when Castle Rock Meats owner Mike Andrade's grandfather operated a market in Arizona near the border of Mexico. We pride ourselves in our knowledge of how the industry has changed over the years as well as our commitment to continue providing quality meat products to our customers.
